I really like this poem as a spec poem. It is, and yet it's fairly mainstream as well. Just thought folks around these part would appreciate it as well.

Sure. You're welcome. She replied to me this morning on that post with a very interesting note on the origin of the poem. I'm even more impressed with it in light of that metaphor! Very cool.
