Anyone ever suspect me of fanatical ambition?
Well . . . April is national poetry month. I'm starting a revolution. All poets with coffee in their veins, please report to my fringemonkey blog and enlist. We're looking for as many prolific poets as probability can provide - each will have the goal of knocking off 100 poems for the month of April, within the month of April. freaked

How fecund studly are you? Time to kick it into gear.

It had to be April, didn't it. Unfortunately, I'll be lucky to get a handful of haiku composed this month. (Why must I be an artist as well as a speculative poet? - said a bit tongue-in-cheek.)

I'm sure writing 100 poems for the month of April is do-able if you write like a madman. :) I read that Tom Piccirilli can write up to 20/sitting, and he writes fantastic poetry. Then again, I'm no Tom Piccirilli. Best of luck for those who sign up. It does sound like a wonderful idea. I'll have to bow down; I haven't been as productive lately.

Out of curiosity... Will all the poems be posted on the blog?
