Hello all,

I have just finished the newest update to www.SwordAndSorcery.org.

Andy Beau continues his column on obscure sword-and-sorcery heroes with an article on a Cormac Mac Art pastiche written by Andrew J. Offut: Sword of the Gael.

There's also a new book review of an obscure--but very good--novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs: I Am a Barbarian.

You can find them at http://www.swordandsorcery.org

Enjoy, and don't cut yourself on all the sharp edges.

Excellent! Two books that are already on my shelf that I haven't read! At least I know I'm on the correct path [;)]

Two good reviews. I read both books oh, about 30 years ago or so. I may drag them out and read them again.

I guess about thirty years ago is the last time I read these books, too.
Oog.
I have fine memories of the Offutt book, probably because I read the sequels, and they were still coming out several years later.
The ERB book is pretty foggy in my recollection.

Thanks for a good excuse to dig these books out of the archives.

And bring on the reviews of the rest of the Cormac pastiches.
