Hey all...

I know I'm new here but I extend the invitation to join us at the Long Ridge Writer's Group (www.longridgewritersgroup.com) chat room. You don't have to be a LR student, just have an interest in writing. All craft levels are welcome.

We are there most days at noon central and some of us even show up in the evenings around 7 or 8 central. Actually, in the evenings, you never know you you might find there. Also, we meet every Sunday evening at 7 central.

Now, if you show up...just don't be surprised. We have a moat complete with moat monster, lake with Nessie, a hot tub, sauna, industrial sized dryer, go cart track, castle with a dungeon and even a spirally slide that goes into the moat. And of course, can't forget the dragon and gator.

No telling who you'll find there either. Elf, fairies, ranger, the occasional gremlin and of course the resident troll. Oh...and gala the pink furry closet monster:--)

Just watch out for the trapdoor. It tends to sneak up on you and open under your feet when you least expect it.

I don't want to take anything away from Uncle Pete or Dave, but I can offer to set up a fixed chat channel for the members of SFReader to enjoy with sorcery.net. It would work both via IRC and a web interface. We could have regular meetings.

Let me know what you think.
