Hi all. I'm here because I followed tchern. ;-)
He mentioned this place so I wandered over to have a look.

I write fantasy, and that's pretty much it. In my opinion there's not enough sword and sorcery around at the moment. I've only sold two stories so far, and neither of them are in print yet (but soon....!). I read a lot too, and at the moment I'm trying to go through the Discworld books in order. Just because.

I might not post a lot, as I've got a lot on my plate at the moment at work and too may writing projects on the go. But even if I don't post I'll be lurking. :-)

Welcome! I'm doing the same with the Discworld books. I'm currently reading Small Gods, and taking my time so I don't run out of Pratchett books too soon!

I've actually read them all already and am noe REreading them in order.

Well, anyway, welcome aboard!

Welcome, strange one.

It seems rather strange behaviour to label one’s self “strange behaviour” but, nevertheless, welcome!

Me too, even though I really should be reading some of the pile of books I haven't already read. I like the Discworld though, it's comfortingly familiar. :-)

Hello, welcome, and congrats on your sales.

And...would someone please explain the reason for this strange behaviour? (I'm such an Eighties child, I can't help it.)

Welcome! Any Pratchett fan has to be on the right side of OK... And we need to particularly cherish all his books as it's clear that there won't be many more.

Don't know how far you've got with the Discworld series, Strange, but if you're enjoying them half as much as I did - then you're having a blast.

Congratulations with the stories, by the way...

You've just answered Anaconda's point, there. smilewinkgrin

I've read them all (some of them a number of years ago) but I've reread my way to Sourcery. Not far, I know, but I only started a week ago. I can't wait to get to the Guards books, because Vimes is my favourite character.
