My name is Star Davies, author of the prequel to the Divica Series, Blood Forsaken. I invite everyone looking for an exciting new read to visit the bookstore my publisher's web site and and purchase a copy today!

I am very excited about this series. Blood Forsaken is about two brothers who nave never learned to get along. Despite the warning given to them, each chooses to find his own path... A path that finds them standing "face to face" in order to accomplish their goals. This desperate ambition and pure animosity toward the other leads their country out of peace and into war.

I began writing this book as a prologue, but after Narcysius, my antagonist, came into the story he refused to stop until I knew his story, dark and full of betrayal. Tiberius, the protagonist, could not leave his side left unsaid once his brother had his way.

To this day I could not tell you where the inspiration came from, though I did start the series for my godsons.

Even though I don't know how the world of Divica came into being, I certainly know where this story ends... and I can't wait to share it all with you. I encourage everyone to read Blood Forsaken. The story has key background information that you will not find anywhere else.

Howdy! And nice Batman quote there! cool

Posted By : Star Davies - 4/14/2008 12:28 PM

Actually it's not a Batman quote. The movie quoted it but it came from somewhere else. Don't ask me a name, I can't remember. But it goes waaaay back...

Not that I don't like Batman. The Dark Knight has been my hero since I was about 5.
