Here's a stab at making things clearer and more straight-forward:

Any thoughts appreciated for how to further improve things. I know there's a lot of words there and the eyes start to glaze over after a bit. :)

seem pretty straightforward to me, and really not that much to read.

Very clear. Pretty bullet points, good spacing on things. :) I accidentally glossed over the submissions address, but if I was reading to submit I think I wouldn't have been so cavalier. :)
