The Blood of Thousands Down in the Cellar???? Damn, man, what kind of story you writing? Does there happen to be any character named Todd in it?

Congrats, Steve-o!

Nicholas: I have enjoyed your reviews at "Down in the Cellar," and yes, it's a nice e-zine. Rather eclectic: Some splatter, some psychological, some thrillers, some dark humor, the whole gamut. They even published at least one story that would fit my rather loose definition of sword-and-sorcery. So ... it's a good place to hang out.

I'm glad I snuck one in under the wire on "The Blood of Thousands."

Jason T.: The editor pegged it for the next issue, Summer 2008. I don't know the official release date, but I'll post back here when I find out.

Congrats, Steve! Last time I checked on Ralan, Jeff Cercone isn't accepting new submissions until early 2009, so you must've gotten in just under the gun--or the sword, as the case may be.

We'll (kinda) share a ToC. I regularly review movies for DitC, though those aren't listed on the regular ToC.

That's a nice little webzine--no bells and whistles, but some fine fiction and poetry, as well as film and book reviews. It must be strictly a labor of love, because he doesn't even run ads on the site, though it is a paying market.

Thanks, all.

Lyn: This story has no fight scenes ... an admitted rarity for me, but variety is the spice, etc.

Today I sold a tale called "The Blood of Thousands" to a horror e-zine called "Down in the Cellar." It's my second sale to them.
