I just received a copy of an article written for Children's Writer Guide to 2006 (edited by Susan M. Tierney). Inside is an aritcle by Mark Haversack called "Fantasy Makes Anything Possible". In the article there are many quotes from Adam Oldaker of both Cricket and Cicada magazines, Debra Euler of DAW Books, publisher J. Royce Adams, Gordon Van Gelder (I'm pretty sure you might have heard of him), Peter Stampel (also of DAW), and a few note worthy children's writers...

Buried in there right amongst all the big shots are a few quotes from one lowly Edward Knight of Amazing Journeys Magazine.

That felt pretty good.

Well Ed, the company you belong in is judged by the work you do. They placed you right, though its okay to go ahead and grin about it.
