We now have 5 pages online and the plot is starting to heat up.

I'm also creating an iPaper version of the comic each week, in case anyone would prefer to read it that way. The link to the iPaper version is under the cover on the home page.

Each small page is a click link to a full sized page, just in case anyone didn't notice that.

Really enjoying the comic. The script and artwork are top notch...as you would expect.

Question: is there any way to get the contents/pages all listed at the beginning so that I don't necessary have to load every page in succession to get to the next/most recent one?

You could try the iPaper version, but yes, as of next week when I finally have a few pages to work with, I intend to put a TOC page together.

Thanks Jason and Jason.  I am glad you are enjoying the web comic thus far.  I hope you will pass along the word about it.

Page 6 is up and there is now a TOC page. Just reload the FS home page at flashingswords.sfreader.com and click away.

You know, I met Miko in Cross Plains, Texas for Howard Days. It was a surprise to both of us, I think. Neither of us knew the other was going. Although I mostly go every year.

Great guy.

Miko's artwork never ceases to impress me.

I've had a couple of complaints about the long load times for the latest 'large' page. It seems much larger than the other pages. Any way it can be reduced, or constrained, so that it's the same size as the first seven pages?

I'll bet it is larger. My fault for not checking but I had asked Miko to send me the print versions of the art and I bet it's much larger than it needs to be. I'll check now.

That's better. However, if you click on the page 8 thumbnail, page 7 comes up. :-)

Ah. That's something that the new webadmin's going to have to fix. I'll let him know :)

Just want you to know, the artwork is great and the words are really good. Nice coupling here.

I need to comment on the last plate though. THe shoulder pad makes it look like his head is on backwards. Other then that, I love it. Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to seeing the completed work.

Part 9 of The Marsh God is up now!

I should also take this opportunity to let you all know that updates will come slightly later as of next week. Don't panic: they'll still come up on Thursday; just six hours later than before. Simple reason for this is that I'm in England, six hours ahead of Kelly. Changing the upload time means my own schedule (to say nothing of my body clock) shan't be thrown completely off-kilter.

Page 12 of The Marsh God is up now! Sorry for the slight delay. I've had all manner of network problems today and no amount of shouting at it seems to have helped. Annoying.

Any chance of posting the revised version of Page 12 (currently the text at the bottom of the final panel doesn't show up properly). I understand it was sent to you.

Letting everyone know that CWP will be hosting the comic from this point on. If anyone would like to provide a link to it from their site or blog, email me.
