New illustrations are being added to the different stories already online.

There are now quite a few so instead of posting links, i'm going to ask you to go to the home page at

http://flashingswords.sfreader.com

and click through the various issues.

I'll post an update as new illustrations are added to the stories.

Wow! Great work by M.D. Jackson. Nathan and Bruce must be really pleased with the illustrations.

Crystalwizard,

I've started an illo for William King's story in Issue #1. How is an artist to know which stories are taken? I guess what I am really asking is how do I get started? Email me please at gwthomas21@hotmail.com

The new illustrations continue to be great.

But Bruce is right, the link to the Guardian of the Dawn illustration (up in your top post) doesn't work. I found the illustration anyway, but only by surfing around on the FS site.

Keep 'em coming!

Hey CW!  Can we make a searchable table of all our artists on the FS site?  So we can find all the art by an artist just by clicking on his/her name?

(Hmmm, how 'bout doing that by authors and serial characters, too. . . . ? yeah )

Sure. you put the specifics together, and I'll turn it into a table. Then we'll talk Dave into implementing a search engine. Or we can just make a table of authors/stories, artists, illos with clickable links. (second one will be easier)

Just email me a list of author names, the names of their stories and the url those stories can be fournd out.

And a list of artist names, the name of the story their illustrations are and the url to the specific stories.

Once the table's built, I'll update it when I put new illos online.

I'm getting around to this late, but I really like the addition of illustrations to the stories. It's a great touch, and I look forward to seeing more art in future issues. Kudos to all involved. :)

GW's done a nice illustration for SC Bryce's Burning River:

If you haven't read the story, now's a good time to do so.
