I'm in the middle of the book, and it's a great read so far. Not exactly terrifying, but still pretty freaky.

Has anyone else read this?

I read the one after it, THE RESTLESS DEAD (2002). Not bad. It's amazing to think Hugh wrote for the original WEIRD TALES and he kept writing to the end. That's how I want to go.

I wasn't even aware he passed away. He wrote with a flare. I enjoyed the book immensely.
