Without wanting to be pushy, go to my website (http://www.angrywildlegends.com) and read some of my free stuff. Then if you like it, you can visit http://www.lulu.com/nigeledwards for PRISM - Exiles. Once you've read it, do please let me know your thoughts (good or bad.) :) | | Back to Top

I confess from the outset that I want to promote my new book. If this is the wrong place, or not something this forum accepts, then I apologise in advance.
My book is called PRISM - Exiles, and is available from www.lulu.com/nigeledwards. Here's the blurb:
PRISM – Exiles is the story of Luke Adams, a rather weak and ineffectual teacher. In the middle of his humdrum life, Luke is transported to a different world, along with a few hundred other souls, pulled into adventure by the simple virtue of their proximity. The catalyst for the transportation is a plate embedded in Luke’s skull, the result of a traffic accident. This plate was made from a metal that contained minute particles from a machine destroyed in a war that took place an immeasurable distance from the Earth. The particles from the machine had been hurled across the space-time divide, to mingle with the broiling firmament of our nascent planet, later to be mined and incorporated into the medical plate Luke bears. However, while the motes were the catalyst, they were not the engineers of the transportation; that was the product of deliberate action – but who those engineers were, what their purpose might be, and exactly what they wanted of Luke, is the subject of this book ...
On the same page as PRISM - Exiles is a free download of my short science-fiction story The Cookie Tin, and there are other short stories available from my website www.angrywildlegends.com, all available for free download.
Thanks for reading this post, and I hope you will drop by my website and say hello sometime.
Regards, Nigel. | | Back to Top
