Subterranean Press is releasing a HC collection of his short stories, "Skeleton in the Closet and Other Stories", later this month. A copyright check with them might do the trick. There was a three volume collection of his shorts within the decade that was dubbed "lost" Bloch stories, which might be the pulp stories you are referring to, and again, a copyright check on those might give some insight. He passed in 1994, so it is likely that much of his work is still controlled by his estate, whomever that may be.

One of his novels was released by Hard Case Crime this year -- don't have the book in front of me at the moment.

Don't know if that helps at all, but thought I'd put it out there. :)
