There's a coop idea - Tarot. I can totally see it with that kind of illustration.

Thanks, CW.

Authentic as in an old-fashioned feel.  I do things the old-fashioned way, by hand.  The only thing I use a computer for in my actual composition is to colour in my drawings, and even that is done with simple colours (no fancy shading).  Thank goodness for Pitt Artist's pens, or I would be dipping my nibs in an inkwell!

(I still have a small black dot in the palm of my hand from when I accidently stabbed myself with an old-fashioned ink pen during a grade school art class many, many moons ago.)

A dictionary of beasts that needs an illustrator? I'm not an agent, but I am an illustrator.

Check out my web site:

http://azurelionproductions.com

I have illustration examples, a list of published illustrations with links to my illustrations published on-line, and a contact page.

(By the way, I actually did compose one illustration, "Forest of the Damned", that appeared in The Willows.)

I'll endorse Richard's illustrations too. If you're looking for an authentic feel, as opposed to something like 3d rendering, Richard is the man you want doing those illos.

Bain triail astu seo:

All of those listed on the site above are real agents -- i.e., they've actually sold books to publishers for money and they don't take fees from writers.

Hi!

If you are a literary agent representing Spec-Fic, I have just signed with WildSide Press for a Satirical Fantasy release later in 2008... but I have 2 other Fantasy novels completed, one of these a YA set in N. Ireland, the other also set in Ireland but geared toward a more grown-up audience.

I also have a 2 other novels begun, and also a dictionary of beasts which would need an illustrator. And... I have several other novel ideas brewing. I also have a number of story collections completed.

If you're not an agent, but can help me locate one in some way, that would be fantastic.
