Greetings again folks.

Is anyone familiar with the webzine pulpanddagger.com?

I've read everything there but the site hasn't been updated since June and I'm afraid it's met its' end.

If anyone has any information concerning the future of this site how about sharing it?  Or if anyone knows of a similar site I'd like to hear about it.

Thanks,

Adam

Hi Adam!

I love Pulp and Dagger!  I know that Blair Latta passed away this year, and I think that's what caused the indefinite hiatus.  Sorry, I have no idea when or if it will become active again.

But, I know of 2 more pulp-story sites you might wanna check out:

Adventure Magazine at:  http://joe3998.tripod.com/adventuremagazine/

and Blazing! Adventure Magazine at:  http://www.blazingadventuresmagazine.com

I've only recently found them, myself.  They seem pretty good so far.

Excellent sites!

Thanks for the help, I love Pulp and Dagger and it saddens me to hear of Latta's passing, it seems it has also brought the end to an excellent site for modern pulp tales.

Thanks for the tip.  If I find any other sites I'll let you know.

Adam,

Pulpanddagger.com is still alive, as far as I know. Jeffrey Blair Latta died in 2006, but his brother D.K. Latta is still among the living the last I heard and is still running the site. It is on temporary hiatus for reasons unknown, but hopefully it will return. It would be a shame if it didn't. That webzine has always been a great place for aspiring new writers to submit. The Lattas had a way of encouraging writers to do their best.

Oops, sorry to add to the confusion.  I must've misread something somewhere...  Thanks, John, for correcting my mistake.

But I'm glad I could help out with a couple of sites!
