Raph said...I haven't lived in LA since the early 80's, but back then Marina Del Ray was a mid to upper class community, not in the Beverly Hills class, but more expensive than we could afford. Don't know how much it's changed in 20+ years, though.

Does anyone know the average speed limit on Los Angeles freeways (especially Rosa Park Fwy)?
I'm taking a guess, 60 miles/hr. It's an information I need for the novel. Thx.
And while we are at it, is Marina Del Rey an upper class seaside community?
