Korea!!!
I thought the UN was a "debating" society. I could have swore N. Korea was part of the "axis of evil."
This is the most pathetic administrationin American history. Americans should be ashamed that their electoral process is so easily subverted (and without redress) that incompetent criminals like this could leave their unctuous stain on world history.
"President Bush said Monday that a reported North Korean nuclear test poses a threat to global peace and security, denouncing it as "unacceptable."
Bush said the action "deserves an immediate response" by the U.N. Security Council."

New Element on Periodic Table
A major research institution has just announced the discovery of the densest element yet known to science. The new element has been named "Bushcronium." Bushcronium has one neutron, 12 assistant neutrons, 75 deputy neutrons, and 224 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 311. These particles are held together by dark forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons. The symbol for Bushcronium is "W". Bushcronium's mass actually increases over time, as morons randomly interact with various elements in the atmosphere and become assistant deputy neutrons in a Bushcronium molecule, forming isodopes. This characteristic of moron-promotion leads some scientists to believe that Bushcronium is formed whenever morons reach a certain quantity in concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as "Critical Morass". When catalyzed with money, Bushcronium activates Foxnewsium, an element that radiates orders of magnitude more energy, albeit as incoherent noise, since it has 1/2 as many peons but twice as many morons. That's really funny. Not so funny is the Bush admin's recent steamrolling of the US Constitution by dismantling Habea Corpus. I hope you all realize we now live in a police state where you can be arrested and held without trial or even being told what the cahrges against you are....
Bush and Rummy personally have oversight as to who is an "enemy combatant." Are ther eally people out there who are comfortable with that?

I love my country, which is why I work so hard to keep the liberties so hard won by our founding fathers and those who followed their examples. The recent restrictions of freedom of speech, unfettered warrantless search and surveillence, suspension of habeus corpus, and the idea of a "unitary executive" which pretty much is the definition of an emperor, in response to some cave-dwelling, poorly organized fanatics is sickening. I lived through the cold war where we all could have been killed at the push of a button, just because someone had a particularly bad day. We didn't surrender our rights to fight that, but 20 guys armed with box-cutters have frightened us into giving dictatorial powers to a moron and his wretchedly corrupt handlers. America used to be so much braver---- "The Scarlet Colored Beast" The Sword Review, September 2007
